me explain a bit about what it entails.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">
</span>Each week, a certified Iyengar yoga teacher will lead the group through
a sequence of poses.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Often, the sequence
is one from a recent workshop with a Senior Teacher in the Iyengar method.
Sometimes, it is a sequence that the instructor wants to work on. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Sometimes, it is oriented toward<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>assessment preparation, but mostly the aim is
to share the love of yoga and deepen our practice and sense of community.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></div>

This is not a class, but rather a led practice where

We welcome practitioners from all methods of yoga. We

A note about the donation. We ask for a donation to cover

is only a suggestion. It reflects what the average attendance is at the

Hi All,<br />

After long consultation with the various leaders, we've decided to stop the Friday Afternoon Advanced Practice. Devon is teaching on Saturdays now and Anne cannot really take it on with all her other duties. We've tried rotating the leaders but attendance is generally pretty low. <br />
<br />
Anyway, it has been a good run with the Advanced Practice. Keep up the good work on your mat at home and we'll see you in class around and about.<br />
<br />
Just a reminder that Laurie will be at Clear Spring Jan 20-22. Come and get your mind off politics!<br />

Join guest instructor, Randy Just, Director of the BKS Iyengar Studio of
Dallas and Senior Intermediate I Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher for a
weekend of Iyengar themed workshops. Randy has studied many years with
the Iyengars in Pune, India as well as many Sr Iyengar teachers globally
and in the US.<br /><br />
Students and teachers of all Yoga traditions are welcome to attend. Some
yoga experience recommended, but this will be an All levels workshop.
