Free Classes on jan 16 for IYNAUS members (and open to others also)

On  Saturday Jan 16th,  Clear Spring Studio is hosting two classes that will be free to new or renewing  members of  our regional Iyengar Association.

Anne will teach the pranayama  from 9:15-10:15

The 10:30-12:30 class will be  taught by several local teachers including,  Devon, Anne, Mary, Thecla, Jonathan and other players to be named  later.

We'll do  backbends.

The  regular price for  classes is  15 for pranayama  30 for  the asana or  40 for  both.

Members also get discounts on  local workshops   (for instance $10.00 off the Laurie Blakeney workshop the following weekend).

So in January alone you'd make back  $50 of the $60 investment.

Your membership dollars go to support teachers and students  in  the assessment process. There are also scholarship opportunities for members and you get a fantastic magazine, Yoga Samachar!

You can join via the IYNAUS webpage,  just bring your membership number with you to the classes.

More info and a nifty Mary-created flier  coming soon.
