A New Iyengar Class in Austin Yipee!!!

Friday Practice on Hiatus until July 24

Hi Everyone,   Anne and Devon are both traveling  a lot the next few weeks.   Advanced practice will be on  summer hiatus  until  July  24th.

Devon will lead  on the 24th.

Anne will lead on  the  31st.

We'll miss all of you.

Gillian has a new class starting

Hi Everyone,

Exciting news on the Iyengar Yoga front.

Gillian is starting a new  mixed level  Iyengar yoga class at the Castle.

6:45-:45.   It is after work,  centrally located in a great studio  and taught by Gillian.  

What more could you want?

It starts with the new Castle Hill Schedule.  The first class will be  July  7th!
