Friday Advanced Practice sequence


Friday  sequence.

So  it is the week for  working with   an  LOY sequence.   However, I also want to take  Patricia’s exhortation to practice as many balancings as you can once a week.  Devon suggested we do some  virasana work  and add in  Lolasana at the beginning. 

So taking all that into  account,  here’s a sequence  based on  week  36-40 in LOY.  Additions to that  sequence are in  bold.
