Fourth of July Practice in San Marcos 10-12:30

We'll be  doing a backbend sequence  down in San Marcos  on July 4th. Come from  10-12:30. Cost $20.00

I'll post the sequence closer to the event, but it is based on one Chris Saudek taught in Dallas recently that moves from basic to  full dwi pada viparita dandassana,  we'll throw in some head stand drop overs also.  Lots of  fun chair work.

Be there. It's gonna be great.
