Anne at the Umlauf Fridays at 10:00 starting June 1

June 1 - July 6.      Anne-Marie Schultz  will teach a six week  All levels Iyengar Yoga class at  the Umlauf Sculpture Garden.   Fridays  from 10:00 to 11:30. Cost is  ten dollars a class.

The class is suitable for all levels.   There are no props at the Umlauf, so please bring a  mat, strap, block and three blankets if  possible.  I'll bring  a few props in, but we'll be able to do a larger variety of poses if  everyone brings  props.

As an added bonus,  Jeff Schultz  will be assisting the class, so expect lots of individual attention.

I was going to do a  PW hip sequence, but decided to do a sequence based on Chris Saudek's backbend class Sunday up in  Dallas.   I didn't take notes at the time and I added a couple things in that I know we didn't do.

No Advanced Practice Friday

Hi All,

No advanced practice this Friday. Devon and I are both off to the Chris Saudek workshop and there's a training at the studio anyway.

I'm double checking with Devon but  as of right now it looks like we are on every friday from May 25-June 29  except for June 15 when there's a training at the studio).   I'll repost the schedule for June when I get confirmation.
