15 Arm balances for 2015

A few years back, I think in  2009 or 2010, I started a  10 backbends for 2010  at the first advanced practice of the year.  Devon is  doing it this year  16 backbends for  2016,  so  a few  days about I thought it would be fun to end each  year  with  arm balances,  so  here's the first of what hopefully will be a long tradition of yoga fun in Austin  15  backbends for   2015  and a  kurmasana  thrown into the mix!

Supta  Pad   cycle

Then with  one leg in  Virasana

Amvira with knees way up  high on  bolsters and blankets  so that groins are well below  knees
